Charles Francis Wilson, age 96 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tennessee.
He was born Monday, February 7, 1927, in Lafayette, Indiana, he was the son of the late Roland Wilson and Fomosa Stonebraker.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by-
Daughter- Debbie Wilson
Brothers - James Wilson and Herbert Wilson
Sister- Amelia Denton
Survivors include-
Wife- Loretta Roberts Wilson of Cookeville
Daughters- Terri Wilson Korinko (Paul) of Aiken, S.C. and Leesa Wilson Pelham (Thomas), Mooresville, IN.
Granddaughters- Kourtney Miller, Rachelle Korinko, Kayla Pelham
Grandsons- Mark Fasel, Marcus Miller, Johnathon Korinko
Great Grandchildren- Gavin Artusi, Gavin Fasel, Lily Fasel
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Charles enjoyed reading, history, playing solitaire, and computers. He worked at Alcoa for 18 years and Huntington-Wade for about 30 years until he retired.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Bill Stone officiating. Burial will follow in the Sparkmantown Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of the services at the funeral home.
 Interment will be in Sparkmantown Cemetery, Spencer, TN.
