. Thelma G. McCoy, 78, (1905) died at 11:35 a.m. Saturday, January 14, 1984, in Home Hospital, Lafayette. She had been in failing health 10 years and had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Harry (Georgia Ann) Robbins of Lafayette before being admitted to Home Hospital Extended Care Unit in May 1983. Born and reared in Carroll County, she was a graduate of Delphi High School. She lived most of her adult life in Lafayette and was employed as a clerk for 25 years, retiring in 1967. She was married to Walter Hart, who died in 1955. Her second marriage was to Barney McCoy who died in 1968. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Surviving with her daughter are three other daughters; one son; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Two sons precded her in death. Services and burial were Tuesday in Lafayette.
