Doug J. Anderson, 61, of Delphi passed away Thursday July 1, 2021 at his residence.

He was born May 9, 1960 in Lafayette to the late Ralph and Wilma (Roberston) Anderson. Doug was a graduate of Delphi High School in 1978. He was employed at Indiana Packers as an electrician and maintenance worker for 30 years.

Doug enjoyed golfing, guns, fishing and video games, especially World of Warcraft.

Surviving is his wife Lynn Anderson, daughter: Brooke N. (Ron) BamForth of Delphi and son Ryan D. (Della) Anderson of Delphi; brother: Jeff (Joyce) Anderson of Delphi and four grandchildren: Alena Allen, Cooper Allen, Acheron Anderson, and Lilith Anderson.

Along with his parents, Ralph and Wilma, he is preceded in death by his brothers William Dale Anderson and Joe Anderson.

A memorial visitation will be held from 3-5pm Wednesday July 7, 2021 at Hippensteel Funeral Home and Tribute Center of Delphi. Funeral Service will begin following at 5pm with Celebrant Denis Horn officiating.
