Jerry Lee Brown, 55, of Lafayette, IN passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021, at IU Health Arnett.

He was born September 16, 1965 to Pamela K. (Morgan) Janes and the late Gerald L. Brown.

Jerry is a graduate of Delphi Community High School. He has worked as a supervisor at Aurora Parts & Accessories since 2003, when Aurora acquired assets of Wabash National Corporation’s trailer leasing and wholesale aftermarket trailer parts distribution operation. Prior to the acquisition, Jerry had worked for Wabash since 1986.

Jerry lived most of his life on the river in Battle Ground, IN, prior to relocating to Lafayette for health reasons in 2019. Jerry’s companion in the latter part of his life was his dog, Amos, who he loved more than anything in this world.

Jerry is survived by his mother, Pamela K. (James) Janes, Anderson; sister, Tammy J. Butler, Lafayette, and brother, James L. (Joiceann) Janes, Alexandria; five nephews; and two nieces.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald L. Brown; grandparents, Harold E. and Betty J. (Swisher) Brown and Robert F. and Evelyn June (Thompson) Mahlke.
