Connie D. Elliott (nee Franklin) of Hurffville, NJ, formerly of Delphi, Indiana, died on March 30, 2024, at the age of 86.

Connie was the devoted mother of Robert Elliott (Kelly) and the late Charles Curtis Elliott. She was the loving grandmother of Andrew (Kristen) and Alexa, and the proud great-grandmother of Violet. Connie was also the dear sister of the late Leroy “John” Franklin (Marge).

Connie worked for many years as a telephone operator. She started with Bell Telephone right out of high school and worked up until she retired from Verizon. She was also proud to say she was a member of the DAR.

Connie loved working in her yard, taking road trips back to Indiana, and spending time with her family.

Family and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Thursday, April 11, at 1 p.m., at Bethel Cemetery, Washington Township,
