James Jones

James R. Jones, 40, of West Bend, Wis., died of an apparent heart attack at 8:40 a.m. June 22, 1987, in Hartford Memorial Hospital, Hartford, Wis.
   Born Sept. 21, 1946, in Delphi, he was the son of Russell and Merle Folick Jones, who survive.  His marriage was on July 29, 1967, in Delphi, to Judy Kay Ruemler and she survives.
   Jones was a 1964 graduate of Delphi High School and a 1974 graduate of Purdue University.  He received his master's degree from Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee.  He moved to West Bend in 1978 and was an engineer for Asea Robotics Corp., New Berlin, Wis.
   A coach for T-Ball Little League, he was a member of the St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Alinger, Wis., the National Riflemen's Association, the Hartford Jaycees, and the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
   Surviving with his wife are his parents of North Fort Myers, Fla., and two daughers, Jerilyn and Justine, both at home.
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Miller-Voorhis Funeral Home, Monticello, with the Rev. Stephen E. Koenig and the Rev. Dean Marin officiating.  Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Reynolds.  Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
