William S. Fraser, 81, of West Lafayette, died May 29, 2004.  Born in Delphi on Jan. 17, 1923, he was a 1941 graduate of Delphi High School.
  His marriage was to Barbara Thayer on Dec. 3, 1948, in Delphi, and she survives.  Mr. Fraser taught speech, radio and television at Jefferson High School from 1954 to 1984.
  Services were June 4 in West Lafayette, with burial at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
