Marjorie L. Metzger, 69, Rossville, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1995, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center, Delphi, where she had been a resident since Sept. 18.  She had been in failing health since July.
  Born March 30, 1926, south of Delphi, she was the daughter of Carl and Mary Trawin Disinger.  She was married Sept. 7, 1946, in Mexico, to Gilbert W. Metzger, who survives.
  A homemaker, she was a 1945 graduate of Delphi High School.  She babysat for Rossville area families for several years.
  She was a member of Pyrmont Church of the Brethren and Rossville Ladies Euchre Club.  She was a life resident of Rossville and Delphi areas, and had lived in Rossville since 1947.
  Also surviving are one son, Michael L. Metzger of Monticello; a daughter, Debra Kay Brovont of rural Rossville; two sisters, Opal McKinley, Delphi, and Ruth Tatenton, Flora; a stepsister, Dorothy Jones, Rockfield; and four grandchildren.  A stepsister preceded her in death.
  Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Bodine-Brown Funeral Home, Rossville, with Pastor Guy Studebaker officiating.  Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery.
  Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
