Services for Anna Josephine Brooke Toole, 80, a resident of the Franklin Methodist Home, were Saturday in Memorial Chapel at the home.  Born in Delphi, her parents were Mr. and Mrs. James Franklin Brooke.
  Mrs. Toole was a 1921 graduate of Delphi High School.  She was a social studies teacher in West Virginia schools from 1925 until her retirement in 1981.  She received her bachelors and masters degrees from Marshall University in West Virginia.
  Her marriage was to H. Gresham Toole who died several years ago.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Huntington, W. Va.
  Surviving are one son and one daughter and several Carroll County nieces and nephews.
