Wilber Trawin - Class Of 1918

 

  Wilbur H. Trawin, 70, of Rt. 4, Delphi, died Friday at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home at Plymouth.  He had been a patient there two years.
   Born July 14, 1900, in Carroll County, he was the son of George and Kate Haynes Trawin.

   A retired farmer, he was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, Star City Encampment No. 6, Delphi United Methodist Church and the Carroll County Farm Bureau.

   Surviving are three sisters, including Mrs. Mary McHardie of Rt. 4, Delphi, and several nieces and nephews.  One sister preceded him in death.

   Services were conducted Tuesday at Sullivan-Lloyd Funeral Home in Delphi.  Rev. Howard Jenkins of Walton officiated and burial was in the Masonic Cemetery.
