Gary Lee Shaeffer, 63, of Camden, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
Gary was born November 28, 1951 in Indianapolis to the late Carl E. and Mary Lee (Zinn) Shaeffer.
He is survived by a son, Craig Shaeffer, brother Greg Shaeffer of Iowa City, and a sister Carla Shaeffer of Delphi.
Gary loved sports and was an avid golfer. He played basketball, football and track at Delphi CHS where he graduated, (1970). Gary was also a Veteran and lived mostly in CA and FL until he returned home to Carroll County recently.
There will be a celebration of Gary's life in Camden at the senior citizen lounge on Sunday, March 29, from 1:00 to 4:00.
