Robin Lin Clawson Porter, 52, formerly of Delphi, passed away on Jan. 16, 2008, from a very rare and incurable cancer of the brain after a 10-day hospitalization in Tacoma General Hospital, Wash.
  Born June 22, 1955, in Bad Canstadt, Germany, she was the daughter of James R. and Charlotte M. Ridgway Clawson.  Her marriage was in 1978 to Peter Porter.
  Mrs. Porter had been employed for many years by the Clallum County, Wash., prosecuting attorney's office as a legal assistant.  Her most recent employment was by the Thurston County, Wash., prosecuting attorney's office in child protective services.
  She attended schools in Germany, Indiana, Missouri, Colorado, San Francisco and Alaska before graduating from Delphi Community High School in 1973.
  She leaves behind her only daughter, Hollie Hutton; two beautiful granddaughters, Hallie and Taylor, her every loving joy; her father, James Clawson of Lake Havasu City, Ariz; four sisters, Sandy of La Otto, Ind., and Brenda, Toni and June of the Olympic Peninsular, Wash.; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
  She was preceded in death by her mother.
  A memorial service will be held Saturday in Port Angeles, Wash. She was cremated.
