David Blake Underhill, 21, 226 W. North St., Delphi, died Saturday, March 6, 1982, at 3:21 a.m. in a Car-truck accident on Ind. 25 north of Americus.
  He was born June 17, 1960, in Lafayette, the son of Gerry L. and Faye Hitchcock Underhill.  He was graduated in 1978 from Delphi Community High School and attended Indiana University.
  Mr. Underhill was assistant national sales manager of Underhill Industries-Delphi Products Division and a member of Delphi United Methodist Church.
  Surviving with the parents who reside in Delphi are a brother, Blair G. Underhill of Delphi; two sisters, Julia Underhill and Jill Underhill, both of Delphi; maternal grandmother, Julia Hitchcock Fricke, Beech Grove, and paternal grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Gilbert Underhill of Delphi.
  Services were Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Delphi United Methodist Church with the Rev. Donald Ashley officiating.  Burial was in Masonic Cemetery at Delphi.
  Memorial contributions were suggested for Blake Underhill Memorial Fund.
  Thompson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
