Shawn Patrick Sullivan, 48, of Camden, died at 12:37 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011, in Indianapolis.

He was born Feb. 26, 1963, in Manatowoc, Wis., and was the son of James R. and Carolyn "Carrie" Kohls Sullivan. He was a 1981 graduate of Delphi Community High School.

Mr. Sullivan was a truck driver for more than 20 years. The last three years he was a driver and dispatcher for Thornton Transportation.

Surviving are his parents, James R. and Carrie Sullivan of Crossville, Tenn., his daughter, Kylee E. Miller of Lawrenceburg, Ind., three sons, Zachary S. Sullivan of Lafayette, Samual T. Waechter of Oldenburg and Seth R. Sullivan of Flora; and two sisters, Shannon Moore (husband: David) of Seymour and Erin Sullivan of Louisville, Ky.

Also surviving are uncles, nieces, nephews, 1 great-niece; 1 great-nephew and cousins.

Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Sunday at 188 W. Main St., Camden, with services there at 11 a.m. Monday, Pastor Paul Marcellino officiating. Burial in Camden Cemetery, Camden. Memorial contributions to the Cass County Humane Society.
