Sally Measles (Hall)

  Sally J. Hall, 51, of Rt. 5, Monticello, died at 12:02 a.m. Dec. 18, 1992, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center, Delphi, where she had been a resident since Nov. 20.  She had been in ill health for the past four years.
  Born March 25, 1941, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Lester (Finley) and Vera Lenora Spencer Measels.
  Her first marriage was in 1961 in Lafayette to Arthur Dumas, who died on Sept. 2, 1974. She then married Michael L. Hall on June 23, 1973, in Delphi.
  She was a 1959 graduate of Delphi High School.
  She worked at Lafayette Accounts for over three years and was on leave of absence for health reasons.  She had worked at the Herald Journal in Monticello from 1985-1988.
  She formerly was active in the Women's Bowling League at Monticello.
  Surviving are her husband, her parents, of Rt. 1, Delphi; two sons, Arthur Finley Dumas of Rt. 1, Delphi, and Joseph Arthur Dumas of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Dawn Mills of Oaklandon; two stepsons, Mitchell Robert Hall of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jeffery Wayne Hall of Tacoma, Wash.; two grandchildren and one stepgrandson.
  Services were Sunday at Horn Funeral Home with Pastor William Breidenbaugh officiating.  Burial was in IOOF Memorial Gradens, Delphi.
  Memorials may be made to the Carroll County Cancer Association.
