Frances Louise Henize, 52, died Monday, May 14, 1990, at University General Memorial Hospital at Largo, Fla.  She had been in failing health for four years.

  She was a graduate of Delphi High School and from a secretarial college in Connecticut.  She resided in Florida for 18 years.

  Surviving with her parents are one son, Kenneth Henize of Dayton, Ohio, one brother and one sister.  She was preceded in death by one son.

  Services will be at Largo.  Burial will be at Dayton.
