Carli McGill

Carli Ann McGill, 17, of Rt. 2, Flora, died at 8:20 a.m. Sept. 12, 1993, in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
  Born Jan 8, 1976, in Lafayette, she was the daughter of R. Craig and Kristen J. Shriver McGill.
  A senior at Delphi Community High School, she was secretary of the Senior Class, and also secretary of Varsity D. Club and Sunshine Society.
  She was announcer for the girl's swim team, was on the tennis team, and served three years on the Pom Squad.  She had been on the golf and volleyball teams and had been Junior Class representative on the Student Council.  She also was a member of Spanish Club and Business Professionals of America.
  She was a lifeguard and worked part-time in the dining room at the Carroll County County Club.  She enjoyed playing golf and fishing.
  She was a member of the Flora Presbyterian Church.
  Surviving with her parents are one sister, Lesli Kay McGill, at home; her material grandparents, Kenneth and Emma Jane Shriver of Sarasota, Fla.; paternal grandparents, Howard and Ava Ann McGill of Flora; and paternal great-grandmother, Mary McGill of Delphi.
  Services were today at Delphi Community High School with Pastor Charles Compton officiating.  Burial was in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.  Horn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
