She was born in Lafayette, Indiana to Orville Cassman. On May 6, 1966, she married Ron Devore in Frankfort, and he survives. Also surviving a son, Martin Devore of Frankfort; a daughter, Tina Watson of Zionsville; and a sister, Shirley Stockton (Terry) of Delphi.
