John Edward Hoshaw, 70, of Lafayette, died July 2, 2003, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.  Born in Carroll County, IN on March 16, 1933 to Forrest Alvin and Catherine Mildred Snyder Hoshaw.  He married Sally Brummett on Nov. 23, 1963 in Lafayette and she survives.  He was retired from Alcoa after 33 years.  Surviving are one daughter, Tanya Dee Hoshaw and two sons: Devin and Brett Hoshaw.  Brother of Eileen MacKay, Linda Brammell, David Hoshaw, Judy Lutchka, Dennis Hoshaw. One brother, Daniel Paul, two sisters, and his parents preceded him in death.  Services were July 7 in Lafayette.
