Rose Marie Clark, 88, of Lafayette, IN, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2023.

She was born on August 10, 1935 in Kewanna, Indiana to the late Arthur Edward and Iva Ellen (White) Wentzel. Rose graduated from Delphi High School in 1953.

On October 18, 1958, she married Dale L. Clark in the Delphi Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on September 19, 2014.

Rose worked as a branch manager for Lafayette National Bank before becoming a vice president for Salin Bank. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Peru and Camden, Psi Xota Psi Sorority, and Indybago Club.

Rose enjoyed camping, working crossword puzzles, and attending the kids ball games.

Surviving are her sons, Steve (Penny) Clark of Rochester, IN, Denny (Pam) Clark of Peru, IN, Mark (Janette) Clark of Montgomery, NY, Brad Clark of Lafayette, and Brian (Lori) Clark of Lafayette; her brother, Leonard (Frieda) Wentzel of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Carla, Cassidy, Jami (Brian), Betsy (Jason), Murphy (Alisha), Kourtney (Ronnie), Kariann (Kevin), Kristen (Ray), Tawni (Zach), Tori (Jordan), Max, and Kaitlyn (Zach). Also surviving are several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Wentzel, Norman Wentzel, Allen Wentzel, and Wayne Wentzel and grandchildren, Kregg, Gregg, Kelsey, and Brianne.

A service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru, IN.
