Francis "Bill" Wright, 59, of rural Peru, owner of Wright's Beauty College and Wright's Style Centers, died, died July 11, 1998, in St. Joseph Hospital & Health Center, Kokomo.  Wright had won more than 60 awards in hairstyling competitions around the world and was inducted into the National Cosmetology Association Hall of Fame in 1994.  Surviving are a daughter, Misha Lee Boxell of Logansport; a sister, Vivian Henson of Huntington; and two grandsons.  He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Helen Bowman, and by a son. 
  Services and burial were Tuesday in Logansport.  Memorial contribution may be made to Hope Lodge Cancer Center of Indianapolis.
