Robert P. Schooler, 48, Encino, Calif., died at his home Feb. 2, 1979.
  Schooler, an attorney, was graduated from Delphi High School in 1948.  Ball State University in 1952 and Loyola University of Los Angeles Law School in 1961.  He was an army veteran of the Korean Conflict having served one and one-half years in Germany.
  He was married in 1959 to Nancy Brandt of Woodland Hills, Calif.
  Surviving are three children, Thomas, Anne Marie and Jennifer, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Schooler of Delphi, and one brother, William L. Schooler, of Muster.  One son preceded him in death.
  Services were in Encino with burial in Ventura, Calif.
