Charles W. Baum, 76, died Sunday morning, Oct. 22, 1978, in a Wheeling, W.V. hospital. He was born Sept. 12, 1902 at Delphi, the son of Harry G. and Blanche Eversole Baum. The late Isabelle Rinehart Baum of Delphi was his stepmother. George Baum of Flora, deceased, was his brother. Mrs. Baum was graduated from Delphi High School in 1920 and attended Purdue University. His ancestors were among the earliest pioneers of Carroll County. Funeral services are today at Wheeling with burial there.
