Mrs. Ruth Flagler, 78, formerly of Delphi and Indianapolis, died Saturday in Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.  She had been at Friendly Nursing Home in Peru since April.
  Born October 4, 1893, at Winamac, she was the daughter of Thomas and Myrtle Boyles Malia.  Her marriage was to Charles Flagler.  She was a piano teacher and she and her husband were in the vaudeville business.  She was a graduate of Delphi High School and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Delphi.
  Surviving are three nieces, Mrs. Jean Strantz of Delphi, Mrs. Joan McClurg of Richmond and Mrs. Judith Cross of Bluffton.
  Services were Tuesday morning at St. Charles Catholic Church in Peru.  Interment was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.
