Miss Jane A. Olds, former resident of Delphi, died Saturday at her home in Detroit. She was born and reared in this city and graduated from the Delphi high school with the class of 1884. She left here in 1893 for Detroit where she has since resided. Surviving is one brother, F. W. Olds and one sister, Anna R. Olds of Detroit. Miss Olds was a lovely character and has many close friends in this vicinity who mourn her death. She was always interested in her old home and its associates. The body was brought to Delphi Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock and taken from the station to the Odd Fellows cemetery where short funeral services were conducted by Rev. O. P. Manker of the local Methodist church at the grave.
