Mrs. Jennie Eversole Niewerth, 66, wife of Fred J. Niewerth, of 600 North Ninth street, died at St. Elizabeth hospital Tuesday evening at 6:15 o’clock. She had been ill for a number of years and a patient at the hospital for the last month. Besides the husband, she is survived by two sons. Charles E. and Robert F., both of Lafayette: two sisters: Mrs. E. E. Strickler, of Lancaster, Ohio; and Mrs. Effie M. Standard, of Santa Ana, Cal.; two brothers: Dr. C. D. Eversole, of Logansport; and W. C. Eversole, at Riverside, Cal.; and two grandchildren.
