Judith Ann Adams, 64, 202 W. Main St., Delphi, died at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette.  She had been in an automibile accident on December 26, 2008, in Tippecanoe County.

She was born April 12, 1944 to Donna Tribbett Moss of Delphi and the late Louis Shaffer.  She attended Delphi High School. 

She was a certified nursing assistant at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi for eight years and was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Delphi Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and enjoyed camping, fishing, river activities and horses.

Surviving with her mother are two sons, Tracy Nape (wife: Brandi) of Lafayette and Travis T. McCoy of Kokomo: a daughter, Vicki Ann Nape of Delphi; and four half sisters, Jeanette Horton of Delphi, Carol Monorey (husband: Larry) of Lucerne, Bonnie Ross of Royal Center ad Wilma Greco of Arizona.

Also surviving are 7 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a half brother, Max.
