Shaun E. Alderman, 60, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.

Shaun was born March 18, 1958 in Lafayette to the late Donald F and Ada B. (Pierce) Alderman. He graduated from Delphi High School and worked in environmental services at IU Health Arnett for 27 years. He was a lifelong resident of the Lafayette community, an automobile enthusiast, and loved animals.

He is survived by his lifetime partner, Herman Roark; sisters, Carolyn Kelly of Delphi and Donna (Charlie) Mulhman of Lafayette; special nieces and nephews, Gary (Penny) Kelly of Burnettsville, Tammy (Scott) Pichon of Camden, and Stacy (Mark) Cadwallader of Williamsport; cousin,

Sandy (Terry) Reaves of Buck Creek, and several other meaningful family members and friends, and lastly, his beloved dog, Shaker.
