Clarence L. Jackson, 90, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022 at his home with family. He was born on January 8, 1932 to the late Clarence E. and Evelyn (Moore) Jackson in Radnor, IN. Clarence was married to Dorothy Hague, they had separated and she preceded him in death. He graduated from Delphi High School, served in the United States Army, was a Machinist and Supervisor for Alcoa – retiring in 1985. Clarence enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, Classic Cars and Gun Smithing. He is survived by his daughter: Jennifer (Doug) German of Delphi, his companion: Judith Smith, and her sons: Randie (Cathy) Smith of Battleground and Jeffrey (Shelly) Smith of Lafayette. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Betty Turner and Joan Hammond. There will be a visitation for him on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Simplicity Funeral Care 1608 Schuyler Avenue Lafayette, IN.
