James H. Blythe, 45, Hudson, Ohio, formerly of Delphi, died January 12, 1986 at St. Luke's Emergency Room, Solon, Ohio.
  He was born July 11, 1940 to the late Leonard and Luella Crowder Blythe.  His marriage was to Gwendolyn Benner in 1961 at Burrows, and she survives.
  Mr. Blythe was regional sales manager at Sonoco Products Co. in Munroe Falls, Ohio.  He was a 1958 graduate of Delphi High School and Manchester College.  He was a member of the First Congregation Church in Hudson.
  Surviving with the wife are two sons, James L. and David J. both at home.  Also surviving are one brother William Blythe, and step-father, Ollie Limp; both of Delphi.
  Graveside services and burial will be Thursday, 10 a.m. at Masonic Cemetery with Rev. James Rankin officiating.  Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
