Services for JoAnn E. Koch, 46, of Delphi, president and owner of Carroll County Beverage Company, were Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Delphi.  Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Father Raymond Wieber and Father Donald Hardebeck officiated.  Rosary and VFW Auxiliary services were conducted Friday night.
  She was pronouned dead at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 25, 1986, at the scene from injuries sustained in a one-car accident on SR 25 North, north of SR 225.
  Born Feb. 22, 1940, in Lafayette, she was the daughter of Joseph and Hope Robbins Coomey.  Her marriage was in 1959 in Washington, D.C., to Charles E. Koch, who died in 1975.
  Kock was president and owner of Carroll County Beverage Company and had been bookkeeper at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi since it opened in August.  She had been bookkeeper and receptionist for Dr. George Wagoner in Delphi for 10 1/2 years.
  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church; the church's Alter and Rosary Society; American Legion Auxiliary, serving as 1st vice-president; VFW Auxiliary; and Carroll County Country Club.  She was also a member of the Festival Singers in Lafayette.
  A 1958 graduate of Delphi High School, she served in the Navy in intelligence from 1958-60.
  Surviving with her parents of Delphi are four sons, Charles J. "Skip" Koch of Oklahoma City, Okla., Bruce W. Koch of El Paso, Texas, Steve E. Koch of Fort Hood, Texas, and Christoper J. Koch of Delphi; one daughter, Elizabeth A. Koch, a student at Fort Wayne; one brother, William L. Coomey of West Lafayette; a friend and companion, Paul "Gob" Wray of Delphi; four grandchildren.
  Horn Funeral Home, Delphi, was in charge of arrangements.
