Charles J. Ritzler II, 37, of Oakland, Calif., died March 7, 1990 in his home after a one-year illness.
  A Delphi native, he was born Sept. 11, 1952.  He was the son of Charles J. and Norma Yerkes Ritzler of Delphi.
  He was never married.
  He was a 1970 graduate of Delphi Community High School and a 1972 graduate of Northwood Institute of West Baden.
  Surviving with his parents are a sister, Tara Motsch, of Portland, Ore.; and his maternal grandmother, Frances Ruth Yerkes of Delphi.
  Services and burial were in Oakland.
