Cynthia MacIntire

Cynthia C. Light, 54, a resident of Cape Coral, passed away Sunday, October 21st at her residence. She was born September 19, 1953 at Lafayette, IN. Graduated from Delphi High School and Ivy Tech Community College, Lafayette, IN. She was a surgical technician and worked in Home and St. Elizabeth Hospitals in Lafayette, IN also assisted Dr. McPhearson before moving to Florida, then assisted Dr. Boyce and Dr. Springer in Bradenton, FL. She was affectionately known as "Cindy". She is survived by her loving husband Gary Light, two stepdaughters Julia Light and Jan Robertson of Lafayette, IN; her parents Charles and Genevieve MacIntire of N. Fort Myers, a sister Janet Munson, Lafayette, IN, a brother Jon C. MacIntire, Las Vegas, NV; eight loving nieces and nephews who were a special part of her life. Her beautiful smile, wit and humor will be forever remembered by those who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at Grace United Methodist Church, Hancock Bridge Pkwy., Cape Coral, Thursday, Nov. 1st at 2 PM. Published in The News-Press on Oct. 27, 2007

Daniel Zook (1973)

When we were kids, we rode horses together, 200 + hours for 4-H. She was my first girlfriend. Her brother John was one of my best friends. Her parents made me feel like one of the family...great people. She'll be missed by all. Dan Zook
