Joseph W. Mullin, 39, Lafayette Healthcare Center, died at 9:08 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, 1992, in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette.
  He was born in Cass County Nov. 21, 1952, to Merlin C. and Deloris Rinehart Mullin.
  A 1971 graduate of Delphi Community High School.  Mullin was a member of Burrows Presbyterian Church.  He had been employed by the Indiana State Highway Department.
  Surviving are his parents of Rt. 2, Camden; three brothers, Edward C. of Rt. 2, Camden, James R. of Remington, Va., and David W. of Tallahassee, Fla.; and two sisters, Phyllis Gregor of Logansport, and Susan Mullin of Rt. 4, Logansport.
  Services were held this afternoon in Cree Funeral Home with the Rev. Joan Stary officiating.  Burial was in Camden Cemetery.
