Gregory Adams

 Gregory A. Adams, 32, of Delphi, was found dead at 4 p.m. Nov. 19, 1986, at the Delphi Salvage Yard in West Delphi.
  Born April 13, 1954, in Shelbyville, he was a son of Charles and Maxine Williams Adams.  His marriage was to Elizabeth "Liz" Gilmore on Sept. 9, 1978.  She survives.
  Adams came to Delphi in 1971 with his family and was a 1972 graduate of Delphi Community High School, where he played in the dance band.  He attended Northwood Insitute in West Baden.
  He worked with his father at Adams Chevrolet in Delphi.  He also was a real estate broker at Shanks Realty in Delphi and a licensed real estate appraiser.
  Adams served on the board of Delphi Chamber of Commerce from 1980 until 1985 and was immediate past treasurer.  He was past secretary-treasurer of Delphi Jaycees.
  Surviving with his widow and parents are a brother, Douglas Adams of Delphi; a sister, Pamela Wilson of Greenwood, and a grandfather, Sybert Williams, Shelbyville.
  Services were held Saturday at Horn Funeral Home, Delphi.  Burial was in Delphi Masonic Cemetery.
  Memorials may be made to Carroll County Mental Health Association.
