Terry L. Walters, 43, of Monticello, died at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 18, 1996, in a one-car accident on U.S. 421 near Carroll County road 850N.
  Born Feb. 7, 1953, in Lafayette, he was the son of Harry Albert Walters and Elizabeth Walters Jerrett.  His marriage was on Feb. 9, 1973, in Monticello, to Marsha J. Heath, who survives.
  He had lived in Monticello since 1973, coming from Delphi.  A 1972 graduate of Delphi Community High School, he had worked at ALCOA in Lafayette for nine years.
  Surviving with his wife are his mother, a daughter, Regina L. Walters, a son, Jeremy S. Walters; and a brother.  Harry A Walters all of Monticello; five sisters, Elizabeth Ann Walters and Barbara Conrad, both of Monticello; Sue Storey of Delphi; Sharon Allie of Wolcott, and Helen McDonald of Mooresville, N.C. and one grandson.
  Services and burial were Friday in Monticello.
