Burial will take place: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, follow and will be conducted at the Hickory Grove Cemetery in rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana

Visitation will be: 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 28, 2022, at the Hickory Grove Church 9714 N. 700 W., Delphi, Indiana, 46923.

Biographical Information: Bill had lived in the Delphi, Indiana, area most all of his life and was a 1974 graduate of Delphi Community High School of Delphi, Indiana. He was a United States Air Force Veteran serving at the end of the Vietnam Era. Bill was a member of the American Legion Post #81 of Monticello, Indiana. He was one of the best and greatest Lafayette Journal and Courier Newspaper delivery man!!! Bill was an AVID bowler and most especially he loved his dogs.

Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the Hickory Grove Cemetery in rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana.

Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the Hickory Grove Church of rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana. Envelopes will be available at the church or can be mailed to the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home, 6368 E. US 24, Monticello, Indiana, 47960.
