Diana "D.D." Clem, 26, of West Lafayette, died at 2:45 a.m. Dec. 6, 1999, in Hancock Memorial Hospital.
  She was born April 24, 1973, in Monticello and had lived in Lafayette for the past six years.  Formerly from Delphi, she graduated from Delphi Community High School in 1991.
  She worked as a waitress.
  Surviving are a son, Ryan Cole Everett of Monticello; two daughters, Malarie Everett of Monticello and Breanna Lynne Garner of Indianapolis; her parents, Jim and D. Lynne Clem of West Lafayette; five sisters, Cheryl Mounce of Lafayette, Tammy Clem of Brookston, Teresa Christopher of Chesterfield, Susie Patrick of Knightstown, and Tina Adams of Bowling Green' maternal grandmother, Eleanor Combs of Monticello; and maternal great-grandmother, Phoebe Combs of Delphi.
  Services and burial were Thursday in Lafayette.
