Patrick Dale Penn, 76, of Burrows, passed away Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at 3:20 p.m. at Monticello Assisted Living in Monticello.

He was born March 17, 1937, in Carroll County, to the late Raymond Lee Penn and Hazel Mary McCabe. He was a 1955 graduate of Delphi High School and studied engineering at Harper College in Rolling Meadows, Ill.

Patrick worked for Ranger/AO Smith Harvester, Illinois Range Corp., HK Dallas, and Franke.

He had a great love for flowers and put more in his yard every year.

Surviving are sons, Jeff Penn of Miami Beach, Fla., and Brad Penn of Burrows; a daughter, Tammy Penn of Springfield, Mass.; two brothers, Bill (Sue) Penn and Carl (Carolyn) Penn, both of Delphi; former wife, Jane Penn of Delphi; brother-in-law, Bob Bruck of Logansport; sisterin law, Terri D. Penn of Burrows; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in the spring. Arrangements are entrusted to Gundrum Funeral Home and Crematory, Logansport.
