Icie Jane Kinney, 40, of Kokomo, died Saturday afternoon, April 1,1978, in her home. Born March 31, 1938, in Delphi, she was the daughter of Gordon and Susie Slater Black. She was married in 1970 to Ralph Kinney, who survives. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles Lodge. Surviving with the husband and the mother of Kokomo are a son, Paul E. Beckner of Russiaville; a brother, Gordon L. Black, Jr. and a halfbrother, William Slater of Kokomo. Services were Tuesday in Kokomo with burial in Crown Point Cemetery. Delphi.
