Faye Hathaway (Eyestone)

  Mrs. Faye Hathaway Eyestone 20, of Rantoul, Illinois, formerly of Delphi, died at 11:30 p.m. Friday at the Burnham hospital in Champaign, Illinois.  She had been in the hospital one week with pneumonia and complications.
  Born Aril 18, 1939, in Delphi to Earl and Hazel McClellan Hathaway, she was married June 5, 1959 to Robert Eyestone.
  A graduate of Delphi high school and a member of the local Baptist church, she was a telephone operator at the Carroll telephone company here until her marriage last year.
  Survivors are the husband; the parents; and fourteen brothers and sisters, Donald, Orville, Wayne, Charles, and George, all of Delphi; Thomas, of Acton; Robert, of Lafayette, Marion, of Wheaton; and six sisters, Mrs. Ruby Kempf, Lafayette; Mrs. Edna Capper, Monticello; Mrs. Thelma Peters, Idaville; Mrs. Nellie Peters, Rockfield; Mrs. Lucille Geisler, Burnettsville; and Mrs. Jesse Allen, Greenwood.
  Funeral services were held Monday at the Eikenberry funeral home with Reverend Franklin Arthur officiating.  Burial was made in the Zion cemetery near Delphi.
