Charles M. O'Farrell of Green Valley, Arizona, formerly of Lafayette, Indiana, passed away on July 17, 2023. He was 84.

Charles is survived by his wife, Martha O'Farrell, daughter Natalie O'Farrell, son Thomas O'Farrell, and three grandchildren, Alfred, Charles, and Alina O'Farrell. He is also survived by his sister, Delores (Dorty) HIldebrand.

Charles was preceded in death by his sister Zelda Burke, his brothers Paul and Patrick O'Farrell, and parents Thomas and Clada O'Farrell

Charles was born in Carroll County, Indiana, and graduated from Delphi High School in 1957. While in high school, he participated in football and basketball. He served in the Indiana National Guard upon his graduation from high school.

Charles will always be remembered for his love of farming and was a mentor for multiple Purdue University students who were interested in learning the daily operations of farming.

Charles moved to Arizona in 2017, but his heart always remained in the Indiana fields where he farmed.

His Celebration of Life will be held at the Green Valley Las Campanas Recreation Center in the Juniper Room on Sunday, July 30th 2:00-4:30 pm.
