Betty J. Birch, 80, passed away at 3:00 am, Sunday, February 25, 2018 at White Oak Health Campus in Monticello.
She was born on February 7, 1938 in Carroll County to the late John and Bessie (Simmons) Robinson. She lived in Sleeth, IN since the age of five. On December 31, 1965 she married Clarence Birch in Monticello and he survives.
She was a 1957 graduate of Delphi High School and later worked at Globe Valve in Delphi for eight years, RCA in Monticello for 16 and a half years and then Jordan Manufacturing in Monticello for twelve and a half years.
She was a member of Monticello Church of Christ. Her hobbies included crafts, quilting and traveling.
She is also survived by step daughter, Rose (David) Zufall of Attica, granddaughter, Dusty (Rick) Arnold of West Lafayette, grandson, Arlis (Tina) Stacy of Lafayette and two great granddaughters.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Joe Robinson and sister-inlaw, Barbara Robinson Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thursday at the funeral home with Ted Mitchell of the Monticello Church of Christ officiating.
Burial will follow at Pleasant Run Cemetery in Delphi.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Monticello Church of Christ. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
