Joy Ann Mullendore Duncan, 66, of Lafayette, died at 8:35 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2005, in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Hospital in Kokomo.
  Born in Monticello on Nov. 24, 1938, she had lived in Lafayette for the past 25 years.  She had previously resided in Monticello, Logansport, and Delphi.
  She graduated from Delphi High School in 1957 and was a homemaker.
  Mrs. Duncan enjoyed gardening, reading books, and puzzle books.
  Surviving are a daughter, Teresa Scripter of Lafayette; four sons, Roger Duncan (wife: Jeannie), and Ray Duncan, all of Lafayette, Jeff Duncan of Logansport, and Mike Duncan (wife: Shirley) of Monticello; a sister Louise Cauffman of Colburn; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
  She was preceded in death by her parents, Merel and Mildred Raider Mullendore; and two sisters, Geraldine Mullendore and Amy Schultz.
  Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Hippensteel Funeral Home, Lafayette.  Services will be there at 10 a.m. on Thursday.  Celebrant will be Cynthia Wilcox.  Cremation will follow with internment at Yeoman Cemetery.
  Memorials may be made to American Heart and Lung Association.
