David Dean Bulington, 27, of Delphi, died at 3 a.m. April 28, 2002, at his home.
  Born Dec. 9, 1973, in Kentland, he had lived in Delphi 13 years, coming from Monticello.
  Surviving are one son, Christopher Dean Bulington of West Lafayette; his parents, Gerald Dean and Beatrice Eileen Keown Bulington of Delphi; two half-brothers, Randall Morgan of Huntsville, Ala., and Shane Michael Morgan of Fayetteville, N.C.; and two half-sisters, Gloria Carter of Kentland and Debra Carter of Fayetteville.
  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m. May 2 at Kellogg Funeral Home, Monon, with Rev. Steve Birch officiating.
  Interment will be in Bedford Cemetery, Monon.
