Gene Paris, age 80, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025.

He was born on November 15, 1944, in Lafayette, Indiana, to Arthur and Ethel (Christopher) Paris. A graduate of Delphi High School, he proudly served in the United States Air Force, spending three and a half years stationed in Maine. In recognition of his service, he later took part in the Lafayette Honor Flight. On July 22, 1967, he married the love of his life, Deanna. He was a dedicated employee of Kirby Risk for 41 years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing, and he took great pride in maintaining his home and working on various projects.

Gene is survived by his wife, Deanna (Durbin) Paris; two daughters, Michelle Adams and Stephanie (Randy) Keller; one son, Greg Paris; four grandchildren, Eli, Jonah, Logan, and Amanda; one great-grandchild, Colsen; and one sister, Burdenna Brown.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Jackie Hardy.

Family and friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel, 3631 Morehouse Road, West Lafayette, Indiana.
