Joyce Ghere, 72, of Jefferson, died on June 3, 2003, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
  Born Dec. 3, 1930, in Goshen, she graduated from high school in Jefferson and received her bachelor's degree from Indiana State University.
  Miss Ghere taught health, home economics and physical education in the Delphi community schools for 38 years.  She sponsored the Girls Athletic Association in Delphi.
  Surviving is a sister, Betty Ghere of Jefferson.
  Services were June 7 in Frankfort, IN.
