Donna L. Welker, 53, of Delphi, died at 2:58 p.m., Dec. 13, 1997, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette.
  Born Sept. 29, 1944, in Jacksonville, Fla., she was the daughter of Donald and Daisy L. Black Welker.
  A 1962 graduate of Delphi High School, she worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital prior to moving to California in 1967. While in California, she worked for various dentists.  In 1987, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where she worked for the Cleveland Clinic.  She returned to Delphi in March 1995.
  Miss Welker was a former member of the Delphi Christian Church.  She enjoyed her cats.
  Surviving is her mother, Daisy L. Welker of Delphi.  Her father preceded her in death.
  Services were Tuesday at Horn Funeral Home with Pastor David Futrell officiating.  Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
