Suellen C. Owen, 51, Marietta, Ga., died Thursday, June 4, 1992, from cancer.
  Born in Burlington, she was the daughter of C.L. (Sparky) and Margaret Billiard Carey.
  She graduated from Delphi High School in 1958 and was a secretary for Response Media Corporation.  She was a member of the Catholic faith.
  Survivors include two daughters, Kayellen Gable of Marietta and Theresa Foster of Grand Cayman, British West Indies; and three grandchildren.
  Services and burial were in Marietta.
