Pfc. Brian A. Best, 18, 403 W. Monroe St., Delphi, died at 2 p.m. Sat., Jan. 14, 1978, in Germany where he is stationed with the Army.  He has been in the service since July 1976.
  Surviving are his parents, Charles and Wanda Yates Best, 403 W. Monroe St., Delphi; one brother, Charles D. Best, Rt. 5, Monticello; two sisters, Mrs. Jeff (Robin Lee) Boles of Kokomo and Lisa Rena Best, at home; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Eva Yates, Delphi.
  Rites are pending at Thompson Funeral Home, Delphi.
